Our first set of Smart RGB LED Neon Rope lights began to fail in certain sections (showing blue and green colors only) after about two years of being installed outdoors on our 96-ft. cedar privacy fence. Then the lights stopped working altogether. I found the hidden fuse in the 120vac cable had burned out, which I replaced with the provided spare fuse, and that too instantly burned out. My wife and I got so used to changing these colors for holidays and weekends that our yard felt empty without them—especially framing our southern view of the Olympic Mountains. So, I decided to replace them with an identical product.
We are very happy with the brilliant color-changing sequence shining through our cedar fence "windows." However, the distance from our Wi-Fi to the controller outdoors is too far to work with Alexa. Using the remote control to turn the rope light on and off, change colors, brightness, modes and speed; however we have to point it out of an opened window or go outside on our front deck for the remote to work. The previous lights and remote worked much better by simply pointing it in the direction of the controller through the window. Would I purchase this product again? Definitely yes!

The lights look great, we did have an issue, but support was fast and responsive and replace the light asap. Top quality company and good lights, they are beautiful.
We are extremely happy with the new rope lights we installed. They were very easy to install, Delivery of them was quick, and they are much brighter than the old rope lights our homebuilder installed.
