Payment Agreement
By making payment in the check out process, the customer agrees to the follows:
1. Product Information
Payment shall be made after the customer carefully read a specific product details page, which includes not only the "Description" ,"Reviews" and "Shipping"Tab, but also the "Size Guide" popup page. The "Size Guide" icon and text link are shown in striking red color under the "Add to Cart" and "Buy it Now" button.
In a product details page, a typical "Size Guide" popup page consists of the following elements for the current product the customer is browsing.
- at least one size chart
- a Specification table (Specs Table)
- a Feature list section
- other images presenting the usages/features of the product.
2. Payment Method
Payment shall preferrably be made through Paypal or Credit Cards like Mastercard, visa and Express Card(We are doing our utmost to let you pay through shopify payment for your convenience), as are indicated on the Payment page. But in any case, the customer may contact Shine Decor to negotiate the possibility of other methods of payment to his or her convenience.
3. Indemnification
In consideration for this Agreement, Shine Decor hereby releases Shipping & Returns and Warranty clauses on its official website www.shine-decor.com.
4. Agreement Modification
No modification of this Agreement shall be considered valid unless made in writing and agreed upon by both Parties.
5. Severability
Should any provision found in this Agreement be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any competent court,. the same shall apply only to the provision and the rest of the remaining provisions hereto shall remain valid and enforceable.
