Amazing lights!

I have previously purchased a basic cheap neon rope and quickly realized that it wasn’t worth it. THESE LIGHTS however are, worth it. I ran 80ft of these in my bedroom around the doors, baseboards and closet. They light up the whole room and have a great aesthetic! I also purchased the dimmer which works great for setting the evening mood. Perfect lights and exactly what I wanted!!! Happy I didn’t settle for the cheap choppy ones. Thank you.

Wonderful Customer Service

I have purchased a number of Shine-decor's LED Neon Rope Lights. They perform as advertised and are easily modified to a custom length.

Their Customer Service is outstanding. As an example I wasn't sure what the spacing should be for the mounting brackets. I wanted to start the project right away. I emailed Customer Support, but ordered two 16' Ropes and an Extra Mounting Pack anyways as I figured it would be a few days before I'd hear back from them. To my surprise the next day an email from Cora was in my inbox. Cora not only answered my question, she had checked my order and removed the Extra Mounting Pack from my order and issued a credit. Wow!! As it turned out I received the regular LED Ropes not the Ultra Bright. I contacted Cora again and she quickly resolved the issue.

I only wish all Customer Service Reps were as efficient customer advocates as Cora.

Fit my application perfectly

Great product just have to very careful because if you bend the light too much it will have a 2 inch spot turn off

Actually the minimal bending radius of COB neon strip light is 3.5 cm,which is more flexible than other neon light.Do not bend led neon rope light at sharp angles, this will damage the internal circuitry and void the warranty.
Repeated and continuous bending of led neon rope lights may damage the internal circuitry and void the warranty.

Nice upgrade!

I ordered these to replace some 20 year old rope lights that I use for a carousel I put up every Christmas. The old ones finally crapped out. These new rope lights are much brighter, and have better color than my old ones. They will be a big upgrade.
