Works, but...

This pack of power cords work as intended, but.. (A) The minimum quantity of power cords of this type that they sell is 3. I only needed 1 and I imagine most people only need 1, so I can only guess they only sell 3-packs as a way to justify a more expensive accessory price. (B) The heat shrink tubing will not shrink small enough to seal against the power cord itself. (C) The connections of the light strip were on the opposite side as the corresponding connections in the power cord, so I had to bend the connection some to get them to line up. On a positive note, customer service is very responsive.

First,power cord pack including 3 power cords and end caps, for people who in charge of large project and who need to cut the light into several runs,this pack is really useful. Also 3 power cords pack will be more cost-effective for those customers.If you bought the length that most suit your need and only need to cut a little, then no need to buy extra power cord pack.Or if you need to cut the light into short pieces next time,then buying 5-meter neon light will be more cost-effective than buying extra accessories pack.As for this time,you can use the other two power cords as a replacement for years to come.
Second and third point,the shrink tube and the connection,yes, your feedback is very important, we have already forwarded this to the product development department,and we will solve this problem in the near future.

Amazing lights!

I have previously purchased a basic cheap neon rope and quickly realized that it wasn’t worth it. THESE LIGHTS however are, worth it. I ran 80ft of these in my bedroom around the doors, baseboards and closet. They light up the whole room and have a great aesthetic! I also purchased the dimmer which works great for setting the evening mood. Perfect lights and exactly what I wanted!!! Happy I didn’t settle for the cheap choppy ones. Thank you.

Nice upgrade!

I ordered these to replace some 20 year old rope lights that I use for a carousel I put up every Christmas. The old ones finally crapped out. These new rope lights are much brighter, and have better color than my old ones. They will be a big upgrade.
