  • The Shine-Decor 110V-120V IP65 LED strip neon light is not for the pool or a similar background, as it is dangerous to cause electric shock.
  • The IP65 splashproof rate LED neon LED strip light is only for outdoor lighting. The plug and controller are not waterproof. Please take waterproof protection measures for these parts when using them outdoors
  • The IP67 waterproof rate can be used in poolside and wet conditions.
  • The IP68 waterproof rate neon strip is used underwater.

1. How long will I receive my Item?

---We will usually take within 24hrs(1 business day) to handle your order and arrange the shipment. Normally, you will receive your items in 5-7 business days.

We don't accept rush orders. Rush order, second-day delivery, or next-day delivery shipping costs are double to three times the normal shipping fee we paid. So it may not be a good bargain for you. Please make a plan early and leave more time for waiting for package delivery, like 5-7 days within the US. Rush order, please buy from another store.

  • Once upon your request, approval. You can ship to our return address by yourself and let us know your tracking ID.
  • Or let us know your package box weight and size. If the original box was destroyed, please use a box that can fit. We can send you the shipping label. (Note: If not a product quality problem, only the customer does not want it anymore, you need to cover the return shipping fee. We will reduce that from the refund amount.

2. We will arrange the replacement shipping or refund immediately after weAll the items will be inspected before shipping to ensure their function and appearance are in good condition. If the items that arrived in your hands are broken or defective, please note the following:
